I had an incredible stay at the hotel, where the breathtaking sea view from our room made every moment special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, helping us settle in and suggesting the best sights to see. Dining options were diverse and satisfying, although the expansive atmosphere was truly memorable. Unfortunately, the only downside was that the price felt a bit high for the dining options offered, which could have been more expansive. Overall, it was a peaceful escape from city life, and I can't wait to return!

I had a really disappointing experience overall. The bungalow felt unwelcoming and dirty upon arrival, and we were given inadequate service and information during check-in. Despite the kind efforts of some staff, it left a lot to be desired, especially since the repairs were not completed before our stay. However, I appreciated the restaurant staff and the arranged taxi service.

I had a fantastic stay at Palma Beach Resort and Spa, which is perfect for those looking for a tranquil getaway. The expansive pools and beautiful beach made for a great time, and the spacious rooms added to the comfort. While the renovation works were ongoing, I noticed some exciting additions like a cinema and bowling alley. However, the breakfast options could use some improvement and the indoor games facilities weren't exceptional.

The hospitality from the staff is outstanding, particularly from Mr. Doud, who truly went above and beyond for us. However, a few minor issues such as inconvenient shower amenities and room service delays were present. Overall, it’s a lovely resort for a family vacation with plenty of activities.

Our stay was a letdown, particularly due to the state of the bungalow and the lack of proper service. While we did appreciate the kindness of the restaurant staff and the enjoyment of the food, we experienced many issues that made our vacation stressful. The beach was disappointing too, which added to our frustration during the stay.
